Eligibility Criteria

Who are we looking for?

Nigerian Nationals

Open to only Nigerian citizens currently living in Nigeria. Future cohorts will expand to include other countries.

Final-Year Students

For university and polytechnic students in their final year, ready to translate learning into action.

Recent Graduates

Recent graduates (0–3 years post-graduation) seeking practical leadership and enterprise experience.

Aspiring & Early-Stage Founders

For young founders with a defined idea or operating micro-venture, ready to build credible, scalable ventures.

Curriculum Framework

Phase 1: Formation of Mind

This phase focuses on how fellows think, reason, and understand context. Core areas include:

  • Critical and analytical thinking
  • Economic and civic literacy
  • Understanding Nigerian social and institutional challenges
  • Moral reasoning and public responsibility

Phase 2: Formation of Agency

This phase equips fellows to act effectively in uncertain environments through:

  • Idea validation and problem framing
  • Market research and value proposition design
  • Strategic thinking in product and solution development
  • Decision-making under uncertainty

Phase 3: Formation of Responsibility

This phase focuses on trust, stewardship, and institutional discipline, including:

  • Financial management fundamentals
  • Governance, audit readiness, and institutional credibility
  • Communication for impact
  • Leadership through service and accountability

Our programmes are open to young people in Africa who demonstrate potential, passion, and commitment to growth

Selection

Our selection process is merit based. From the applicant pool, we will select participants who align with the purpose of the institution

Formation

Our formation process is rigorous and practical, focused on building judgment, leadership capacity, and institutional readiness.

Execution

This phase emphasises applied learning, where participants test ideas, lead projects, and build credible venture

05.

Graduation

Participants graduate with the skills, discipline, and credibility required for long-term impact

06.

Stewardship

Graduates are expected to give back by mentoring future cohorts, and contributing to institutional learning.
